DO I HAVE TO ORDER ONLINE?
Yes, as we are an online retailer you can only order online. We also have customer care team on social media channels (facebook and instagram) to assist your shopping experience. Shopping at Lolliwish is quick and easy.
All products are in stock and ready for dispatch unless otherwise stated. We usually dispatch order within 5 working days ( We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) Please note once order are placed we are unable to make changes, additions or cancellations on your items. Please contact our customer care team for further advise.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?We accept the following payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer & FPS, Alipay HK and Payme HK.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Currently, once an order is placed and paid, we are unable to make any changes.
SECURITY AND PRIVACY:We value your personal security as much as you do. That's why we will never share your details with any other companies. Your name, address and details are kept secure at all times.
No returns for sale items. We currently do not accept returns for lingerie and panty due to hygiene concerns. Bras may be exchanged for the same style, different size while stock lasts. The period of returns acceptable will be within 7 days from the day of dispatch. Returned goods should be unused, clean and undamaged, in original tags and packaging. The length of time your return is in transit is beyond our control. We will process your return request as soon as we receive your return parcel. We therefore require you to allow us at least 7 days to receive and process your return. The shipping fee will be shouldered by the customer.

DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
It is extremely rare for customers to be receiving LOLLIWISH products that are damaged or defective.
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality, the original product will be returned to you. We do not accept refunds for the following:
- Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
- Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
Our delivery service includes Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia. We offer a number of delivery options. You can choose to have your order delivered to your nearby pickup points or work address . We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However, please note that during peak demand times ( such as Christmas, Valentine’s Days and Public Holidays) deliveries may take longer than expected.
Lollwish currently uses S.F. express, Hongkong Post and DHL services to ship to Hong Kong and worldwide, with express shipping options available in most locations. Costs vary by shipping destination.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU RECEIVED MY ORDER?
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message, which will contain your order number. We will also send you an email/SMS to confirm your order has been placed, this information could take up to 15 minutes to arrive in your inbox! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email/ SMS to let you know that your order is on its way to you. You can check the progress of your item at the relevant courier website by clicking on the tracking link sent to you via by email. If your delivery is more than 7 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
